Seams of Venus is a slow fashion brand. All of our products are made-to-order. Each piece is lovingly and carefully handmade in small batches, crafted with quality in mind to ensure that your order is worth the wait (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)♡
Production time may vary depending on the volume of orders we're receiving, but it typically ranges from 20-35 business days (weekends and holidays are not included). For high volume periods, please allow an extension of 7-15 business days.
We will keep you posted on the status of your order via email. You can also expect production and shipment updates via our website and Instagram.
We ask for your utmost understanding and patience as we are a small business that currently employs a small team of seamstresses. Please place an order only if you are 100% willing to wait.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email that you provide at checkout.
Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, and other unforeseen cicrumstances.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from the customer's failure to provide accurate order information. Please ensure that you provide the correct details to avoid any issues.
If you need to update your shipping information, reach out to us at seamsofvenus@gmail.com with "Order Information Change - Order Number" as the subject line. Please email us ASAP, as we can no longer change your shipping information once your order has been shipped.

Cancellations are only accepted if production has not started yet.
If production is already underway but you still want to cancel your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee worth 50% of the price of the items already produced.
To cancel your order, email us at seamsofvenus@gmail.com with "Cancellation - Order Number" as the subject line.
Please be 100% sure before placing an order.
