Product Care Guide

Fabric Care
Our products require gentle care as they are made of delicate fabrics and lace. To avoid damaging them, please be guided by the instructions below:

♡ Washing: We highly recommend washing by hand using a mild detergent and cold or lukewarm water. Avoid using bleach and other harsh chemicals. If using a washing machine is unavoidable, be sure to put the garment in a mesh laundry bag and set the wash cycle to delicate.

♡ Drying: Avoid twisting or wringing the lace. Air dry away from direct sunlight to avoid shrinkage. Do not tumble dry.

♡ Ironing: Use the lowest heat setting possible. For mesh lace, do not iron directly.

Charm Care
The strawberry charms are made of zinc alloy and naturally oxidize over time. With proper care, you can keep them looking sweet and shiny for longer!

♡ Avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals: Keep charms away from water, alcohol, lotions, perfumes, and sprays as these can speed up tarnishing. We made our bows detachable so you can remove them before washing! Exposure to high humidity can also cause the charms to oxidize more quickly, so when using a clothes steamer, be sure to take off the bows first.

♡ Store properly when not in use: Be sure to store your clothes in a cool, dry place. For extra protection from moisture, you may store your charms separately in a box or an anti-tarnish pouch.

♡ Clean charms regularly: Wipe gently with a soft cloth to remove oils, dirt, and other buildup. Any soft cloth will do, but a jewelry polishing cloth is best for effectively removing tarnish and keeping charms looking good as new.
