Return & Exchange Policy

We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders within the Philippines only. Due to the higher costs of international shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, only refunds.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if production has not yet started.

 

If production is already underway and you still wish to cancel, only 50% of the price of the items already produced will be refunded, as every piece is made-to-order. 

 

To cancel your order, DM us on Instagram or email us at seamsofvenus@gmail.com with "Cancellation - Order Number" as the subject line.

 

Please be 100% sure before placing an order.

Filing for a Return or Exchange

You can file a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order (e.g., You received your order on the 3rd. This means that you only have until the 10th to file a request).

 

Once the stipulated time frame has elapsed, your order is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

 

To file a return or exchange, fill out our contact form and include the information below. We will respond to you within 1-3 business days.

❤︎ Full unboxing video with no edits or cuts (must show the unopened package)

 

The issue must be found during the unboxing for the claim to be accepted. Seams of Venus reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if no video proof is provided and the reason for return or exchange is not valid. Items that show signs of wear, are stained, or are returned with missing accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.

Acceptable Reasons for Return or Exchange


❤︎ You received the wrong item

 

❤︎ You received a defective product

»-♡→ Color variation is not considered a defect. We try to ensure that our product photos accurately reflect the actual color of the items in person. However, inconsistencies are to be expected due to differences in display and screen settings. This is also stated as a disclaimer in the product description before purchasing.

 

The following reasons are not accepted:

»-♡→ Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept size exchanges, unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong size. Please check the size chart thoroughly to ensure that you purchase the correct size.

 

❤︎ Shipping delays

»-♡→ Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, and other unforeseen circumstances.  Furthermore, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from the customer's failure to provide accurate order information. Please ensure that you provide the correct details to avoid any issues.

 

❤︎ Damages due to courier's negligence

»-♡→ Seams of Venus will not be liable for loss or damages incurred during shipment. The courier's negligence is unfortunately out of our control. In such cases, we will assist you with filing a claim and can only give you a partial refund.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for packages returned to us or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees or missed customs payment deadlines.

Please give us 1-3 business days from the date we receive the returned items to issue your refund. For items damaged during shipping, it may take longer depending on the duration of the courier’s claims process.
