We ship from Visayas through J&T Express or DHL Express. As mentioned above, our products are made-to-order. Thus, production time is not included in the arrival estimates listed below.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Seams of Venus will not be liable for loss or damages incurred during shipment. The courier's negligence is unfortunately out of our control (╥‸╥) In such cases, we will assist you with filing a claim and can only give you a partial refund.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from the customer's failure to provide accurate order information. Please ensure that you provide the correct details to avoid any issues.
If you need to update your shipping information, reach out to us at seamsofvenus@gmail.com with "Order Information Change - Order Number" as the subject line. Please email us ASAP, as we can no longer change your shipping information once your order has been shipped.

Returned or Disposed Packages
We do not offer refunds for packages returned to us or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees. DHL holds packages for 1-2 weeks at most, depending on your location. Please make sure to pay the customs fee on time to avoid returns or disposal.
If your parcel is returned to us, you may have your order reshipped, but a new shipping fee will apply.

Locations classified as “remote areas" by DHL are subject to higher shipping fees, so the fees charged at checkout do not apply to these areas.
